THE WORKSHOP

This project is the brainchild of Rui Silva, who brought
together the team members that make Mescla.
Founded in 2011, the factory initiated production in
the basement of his family house on a hilltop in Feira (PT).

THE
TEAM

We created metahumans to portray the team
members in a lively way. The final results are
identical in appearance and sense of humor.

Small-scale workshop based in Portugal that was built on support, unity, trust and laughter. It is a second home to the five talented crafts-people who believe that what’s labeled as physically disabled should never be incapacitating but rather a potential ingenious ability.

Figures above are a 3D digital representation of each worker and can be dragged through the website as collages.
